Employer Branding Internship, Summer 2022 (Hybrid)

This Summer 2022 Internship will be a 12-week internship starting on May 16th and ending on August 5th, 2022, while working at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee. As an intern, you will work alongside TSC professionals in various areas to make a real impact on our business. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in the department, get exposure to day-to-day operations, and have a successful and meaningful internship.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist Employment Brand team with creating and managing content that promotes our Team Member Value Proposition internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent.  
  • Implement employment brand social media strategy to drive awareness of our culture across various demographics.  
  • Partner with Employment Brand specialist to coordinate multiplatform social recruitment communications planning; develop integrated organic and paid content, including video and implementing programs and initiatives designed to elevate our employer brand on all platforms and channels. 
  • Partner with Employment Brand Manager to engage with internal leaders and Team Members and empower them to create stories, videos, and other aspects to showcase work location, environment, team, and role impact in collaboration with the media, marketing, and communications teams. 

Qualifications
  • Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program 
  • Social media enthusiast is familiar with campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and impressions. Experienced content creator for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media platforms and best practices. Understanding of SEO and social media KPIs and metrics. Familiarity with content creation. Photoshop experience is a plus; previous Canva usage is preferred.
