IT/RPA Consultant/Technician/Engineer

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
·        Contributing to recommendations and analysis for Colburn Hill Group senior management on IT processes, development, and systems that support Colburn Hill Group operations
·         Build, test, and operate Robotic Process Automation (RPAs) using UI Path Studio 
·        Make RPA workflow blueprint/improvement recommendations to Colburn Hill group senior management
·        Document issues and solutions thoroughly, including steps to recreate and resolve, also contributing to the knowledge base when appropriate
·        Anticipate, identify and escalate issues/risks affecting self, the team, the department, or the company
·        Communicate in a timely and effective manner, keeping the team informed of status and progress
·        Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
·        Look for and suggest improvements in efficiencies to reduce costs and be responsible and accountable as an employee owner
·        Using sound decision making and judgement to work efficiently
·        Executing excellent written and verbal communication with staff and clients
·        Handle confidential information with accordance with HIPAA standards
·        Completes other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
·      Majors in Computer Science programs preferred
·      IT certifications preferred
·      Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Computer Navigation Skills
·      Possess the desire and motivation to learn
·       Possess ability to multi-task
·       Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
·       Excellent customer service skills
