2023 Institutional Equity Division Quantitative Finance Full-Time Analyst / Associate Program (Hong Kong)

We are currently looking for talent with a genuine interest in Quantitative Finance to join our 2023 Institutional Equity Division Quantitative Finance Full-Time Analyst / Associate Program in Hong Kong.
 
Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Successful candidate will cover but not limited to trading schedule optimization, trade flow data analysis, market micro-structure study, and other post-trade trading analytics.
  • This role will conduct projects such as process large datasets and identify signals to enhance optimization on certain metrics, implement trading strategies, and work closely with the technology team for model testing and deployment in production.
  • This role will also be involved in the modeling/research from model inception, to development, and on-going trading performance monitoring/tuning in engines.
 
Qualifications and Skills 
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's or PhD candidates expecting to graduate between October 2022 and July 2023
  • Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, and Engineering or a related quantitative field
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as Python, Q/KDB+, R, SQL, VBA, C++ or Java is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of optimal trade execution, order management and market microstructure is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy solving complex problems that require deep analytical reasoning and quantitative analysis
  • Collaborative, a quick learner, a team player, adaptable, versatile, a multi-tasker and possess a strong work ethic
