Hourly Project Assistant II (JR-0000792)

Responsibilities
The Hourly Project Assistant II will be responsible for assisting the immunization team in the Central New York Regional Office to manage immunization provider site documentation.  Duties will include scanning historical documents, labeling them, and sorting them in folders on SharePoint for applicable staff to review. Additional responsibilities may include assisting the team with current documents to be filed in folders in SharePoint, following up with immunization provider sites, and sending letters to immunization provider sites.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a related associate’s or bachelor’s degree program; OR participation in a related workforce; OR related certificate program. 


Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated, strong clerical skills with a knowledge of creating folders, scanning documents, and sorting documents.  Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

 

Conditions of Employment
Grant funded, hourly position expected to last through 08/30/2024. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.

Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Travel, up to 10% of the time, will be required.


This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will not be available.
