3D Modeler / Game Artist / Content Creator (REMOTE)

Heartshot Entertainment LLC is recruiting a small team of creators to develop a role playing game with christian influence for mobile devices using Unreal Engine 5. We are looking for teammates who have an interest in improving their skillset, helping the team grow, and creating an amazing experience for the end user. This is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of a new company and be a vital player in establishing processes and tools that will be used to develop our content. 

Position:

3D Modeler / Game Artist / Content Creator (REMOTE)

Compensation:

All positions are unpaid and have no benefits. Once content begins generating income, team members will be rewarded with a percentage of company profits.  Our compensation plan is simple and transparent.  It's also designed to let the whole team share in the company's success.

Distribution of company profits:

75% of profits will be distributed to the team

10% of profits will be donated to charities

10% of profits will be retained by the company

5% of profits will go to the owner

Location & Hours:

This position is 100% remote.  We will consider people able to work full time or part time.  The hours are flexible.

Who is Heartshot Entertainment LLC looking for?

We are looking for people with 3D modeling and art experience to create assets for a mobile game built on Unreal Engine 5.  Game development experience or programming experience is preferred.
 

Outside Expectations:

We recognize that education is important and team members currently in school are expected to assign priority towards completion of all school assignments.  We’re better if you’re better!

There is a lot of work to do at Heartshot Entertainment LLC and responsibilities may include:

-Creating work plans

-Developing content

-Game development using Unreal Engine 5

-Creative thinking and sharing ideas with the team

-Problem solving and documenting decisions

-Sharing lessons learned and helping team members

-Researching

-Using Gimp and Blender
