Merchandise Associates may be assigned to one or multiple areas of the store, e.g. sales floor, cash office, cashier, processing, markdowns or maintenance. Merchandise Associates are responsible for following policy and procedure as well as adhering to standards in whichever areas they are assigned. Merchandise Associates complete, in a timely manner, a variety of tasks assigned by Management and Coordinators. Merchandise Associates provide prompt and knowledgeable customer service to all internal and external customers.
