Major duties include:

  • Supporting training operations by scheduling attendees for classes and coordinating and managing attendee affairs.
  • Ensuring all student administrative requirements have been met to include travel, lodging, transportation and classroom requirements.
  • Verifying all travel authorizations and vouchers for compliance and accuracy, assisting academy staff and students with resolving issues related to travel authorizations, travel vouchers and personnel.
  • Coordinating and/or preparing award letters, plaques and awards; generating graduation notes and programs for ceremonies; securing badges/credentials for issuance, and ensures all other administrative requirements for graduations are completed.
  • Maintaining training records, files and databases through the use of the Agency's learning management system for each class to include, (but not limited to) rosters, schedules, departure information and grade reports.
