Systems Engineer for various mechanical/electrical/structural, etc. engineering projects associated with the functional design, performance evaluation and reliability of various types of submarine systems and their components, equipment and sub systems. 

Perform or directs planning, installation of equipment and systems during a Ship's overhaul period. Testing consists of visual checks of physical conditions and dynamic checks.

Coordinates with other Engineers, Technicians and Shops to ensure all system areas are covered, and overlapping responsibilities between disciplines receive proper consideration.
