2024 Summer Intern - US SSO - Portfolio
This internship will involve developing a comprehensive visualization from an existing database of Partner Site operational intelligence. This will support our activities related to Feasibility and Study Start-up, in order to help accelerate the process and reduce the burden on our clinical trial sites. The intern will build a fit-for-purpose, scalable tool (either using an existing platform or one which is custom-built from existing software/systems).
The intern would complete the technical steps to design / program / build the tool for effective delivery of Operational Partner Site Intelligence for key accounts in the US Study and Site Operations function.
We expect the solution to include the following features:
• Automated translation of data into visual format for inclusion in the existing Feasibility and Site Selection process flow
• Reporting and other governance outputs (completeness, ability to follow-up with the Site Partnership Managers on missing information)
• Links to supporting references
Project scope would be focused on the US in the Study and Site Operations team, within the Site Partnership function. There will be an opportunity to collaborate with various clinical trial operations roles. If successful, the solution to be built by the intern may be scaled beyond Strategic Partners.

Requirements:
Degree / Discipline: Undergraduate, rising Junior / Senior
• Past experience desired: Experience with creating visualizations from Excel data
• Primary responsibilities: Compiling, organizing, graphing partner intelligence data
dashboard from an Excel database
Schedule / Site: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (East Hanover, NJ) Remote position
