Responsibilities 

As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in annotating and labeling financial research related datasets for our AI-driven chat tools and research portal website.

  • Accurately annotate and label data sets following provided guidelines to ensure efficient and accurate annotations.
  • Ensure timely completion of annotation tasks.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, data quality, and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead annotator to understand and follow the annotations framework.
  • Provide feedback on the annotation process and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and Language Learning Models (LLMs).

Minimum Qualifications 

Education:

  • Graduate in either of the following disciplines or related: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Linguistics, Technology
  • Proven experience in data annotation and a strong understanding of AI and NLP technologies

Experience:

  • Minimum one year of experience in data annotation

What we are looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial and economic terms used in the research domain.
  • Experience in financial journalism or research, with a background in researching company documents such as SEC filings, earning call transcripts, press releases, and reports.
  • Basic understanding of AI and LLMs, preferably with experience in building Fintech or Financial AI products.
  • Strong interest in financial research and financial services.
  • Ability to adapt to new domains and thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, develop an understanding of new domains, and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points: 

While experience in financial research or the financial services industry is advantageous, we value curiosity and a willingness to learn about new domains and technologies.
