Administrative Officer - R8
Duties
At the entry level of this position, you will:
- Develop, recommend, and implement administrative plans and procedures designed for maximum flexibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct property management to include use, security, and disposal of equipment.
- Coordinate HR related activities for the organization including providing information on HR related questions.
- Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, records, briefing materials, and statistical and narrative material required to support the organization.
When entering a Federal job at a grade level lower than the highest promotion potential level, you may be promoted to more complex duties and work more independently, as your career progresses.
