About The Academy of Noise:
Our vision is to help people of all ages express themselves and find the power of their voice through beatboxing, writing, and storytelling. We believe that our students can develop a growth mindset and build healthy communication skills while having fun. Our team of World Champion Beatboxers, Vocal Health Professionals, and SLP's are passionate about sharing the positive effects that musical enrichment can leave with communities. We are working with institutions to explore the potential of beatboxing as a tool for therapy, an help shape the future of education.
Business Administration Position Responsibilities:
- Support team organization
- Coordinate teams for live and digital events
- Communicate with clients
- Correspond with facilitators regarding workshop details
- Support marketing and sales team by cataloguing and organizing information
Preferred qualifications:
Must have experience using task management tools like Asana, Monday, Trello etc.
Proficient at creating spreadsheets and utilizing formulas for organization and analysis. Must be able to communicate and work alongside other members of our team in a positive and respectful manner. Must have an understanding of how to use Google Drive, Google Documents, and Google spreadsheets. Must be able to manage calendar / timeline, create spreadsheets, and provide regular updates. We are looking for someone who will take the initiative on projects, will ask questions, and is passionate about spreading music enrichment, positive mindset,
