Part Time Marketing & Events Coordinator

Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a Part Time Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the fundraising and marketing efforts of the Development department. In this part-time role, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will assist the Director of Development in managing Emmaus’ fundraising events such as the Cycle for Shelter.

Marketing and Events Coordinator job functions include providing clerical support to assist the Development team, assist with event planning and coordination, communicate with community partners to secure event donations, and all other duties assigned to support the successful execution of special events.

Requirements of the Marketing & Events Coordinator:

  • Must be available to work 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
  • MUST have valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass CORI and driving records check.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills along with strong oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines and to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Be a self-starter and work well independently.
  • Basic Computer Skills Required: Google (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Social Media Apps (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Zoom.
  • Software Skills a Plus: Canva, WordPress, Greater Giving & Classy.
  • Basic graphic design skills preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
