Position Summary: Provide TST case management and clinical services to youth and families admitted to the TST Residential Services program.  Assists the family/youth to access necessary services to improve the quality of life. Assists the family/youth in developing insight to their trauma history and awareness of trauma triggers.  Advocates for youth and family in navigating the child welfare system.


Qualifications:

  • Enrollment and good standing in a Master's program in the following fields; Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required.
  • Availability nights and weekends, as needed, for training and recruitment events.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
