Under the guidance of the Senior Environmental Scientist, you'll team up with District Environmental Scientists and the Trails Supervisor to tackle flammable fuel and invasive plant management along fire roads. Your mission? Assist in crucial projects aimed at protecting and restoring natural resources as part of the State Parks Wildfire and Forest Resilience Program.

Working closely with field staff and contracted labor crews, you'll dive into vegetation and resource management, making a tangible impact on our environment. Keep in mind, this position is seasonal, with hours dependent on special funding availability.
