We are accepting applications for a Natural Resources Technician 3 within the Division of Parks & Watercraft, headquartered at Rocky Fork State Park, assigned to Highland county. What You'll Do:
- Work outside in some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio.
- Performs customer service functions with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
- Acts as a lead worker for excavation and equipment projects on park.
- Maintain campground facilities, grounds &/or equipment.
- Maintain a variety of park equipment and vehicles.
- Interact daily with a variety of customers who utilize the park & watercraft facilities.
- Starting hourly pay $20.60/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.49/hr.

Qualifications
12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in safety practices; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in use of shop, hand & power tools & light equipment; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in carpentry, electrical repair & plumbing; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in equipment operation, maintenance & repair (e.g., tractors with attachments); valid driver’s license; valid commercial driver’s license required if motor equipment is of type & size regulated by Sections 4506.01 & 4506.12 of Ohio Revised Code.
-Or 6 mos. exp. as Natural Resources Technician 2, 22622.
