Duties

·        Performs entry level HR support assignments and technical tasks in HR functions such as recruitment and placement, classification and position management, labor relations, management employee relations, HR automated systems, etc.

·        Coordinates actions with other offices, such as serviced organizations, payroll offices, and other HR offices in receiving the information requested, ensuring accuracy of data, etc

·        Receives basic customer support inquiries telephonically and/or electronically.

·        Performs miscellaneous office automation work such as word processing and office automation software to produce documents, correspondence, forms, reports, etc.

Qualifications

Applicants must be enrolled at a qualifying educational institution at least part-time and completed one year of study. The required education must lead to a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2.5 GPA required. Must be U.S. citizen.

DCAA is seeking to fill one vacancy in Lowell MA, Fort Belvoir VA or Smyrna, GA

DCAA offers a hybrid work environment with a generous amount of duty time spent working from home but candidates are expected to live within reasonable commuting distance to this location.
