Supervisor: City Administrator/Zoning Administrator

Position Summary:
Performs a variety of administrative support duties to support the Administration Office.
Job Duties:
1. Main Responsibility:
- Execute various administrative tasks such as filing, document processing, and record management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and public relations skills.
- Ability to prioritize duties, work independently, and problem-solve.
- Ability to present a positive and professional image of the City.
- Ability to use computer and related software as well as other related office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education or a recent graduate.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Team Player.
- Detail-oriented.
- Valid Class D driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office setting.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Ability to hear and speak when conversing.
- Ability to see and read reports, correspondence, computer screens, and other documents.
