Account Manager

Summary: At Jimmys Gourmet Bakery, we don't just make cookies, we create *premium cookie and artisan bread products that delight customers and elevate brands. We serve businesses of all sizes and offer *customizable cookie solutions* to fit every need. Now, we're looking for an Account Manager to help us continue our journey of growth and innovation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our valued customers, distributors, and brokers. You will build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Communicate clearly through email, phone, zoom, or in-person meetings, ensuring every client feels supported.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, guiding them to the perfect solutions, whether it's Jimmy's branded products or custom creations.
  • Track key metrics and stay ahead of client needs, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, from R&D, Manufacturing, and owners, to ensure our products consistently exceed expectations.

Skills and Specifications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in account management or customer service.
  • Powerpoint and Excel- help you present data and insights.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can handle change with ease and adapt quickly.
  • Organizational skills, prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently, keen attention to detail, and adherence to timelines.
  • Clear, simple communication.
  • Internally driven and motivated to grow.

Work Environment

  • Professional office environment: Involves 75% sitting and working at a computer/video display terminal and 25% moving around the office and warehouse.
  • Products manufactured in this facility may contain peanuts and tree nuts.
