Director of First Impressions

Overview
The Director of First Impressions/Social Media Content Creator serves as the face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. This pivotal role combines executive administrative support with assisting our agents day to day business needs, along with the opportunity to use their existing social media content talent to create and manage content for our firm's social media platforms, creating a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage a small amount of incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist leadership team with creating engaging content for our social media pages

Skills

  • Proven experience in executive administrative support or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Social media content experience and Canva skills preferred.
  • Ability to proofread documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
