I wish I could have worked 45 hours instead of 20.

What I liked
Learning how to carve wood with a chainsaw.
Got the connections to help install artwork at Burning Man 2020 and met a handful of artists that have put art there in the past few years.
Got the inspiration to start visualizing a larger scale installation.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I learned a lot and was shown a lot about the art world.
Advice
take a leap of faith where you wouldn't expect anything to come out of, because you never know who is able to broaden your network and connections.

I like the family I work for. The kids are really sweet and I get great experience working with kids.

I do rides for the family all the time. wish I would get reimbursed for gas.
Advice
Make sure you establish pay rate from the start. Ask around to see how much other people make in that position.
