Optics R&D

Majors Required: 

Optical Engineering, Instrument Science and Technology, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronic Information

Responsibilities:
1. Weifang: 

Position 1: AR/VR Optical Design Engineer
a. Identify customer technical requirements and design inputs for optical components, conduct AR/VR optical product design and simulation, and deliver product design solutions
b. Lead product implementation, perform optical performance testing, analysis and improvement during prototyping
c. Conduct technical validation of optical modules and components (optical films, injection d. materials, etc.), output technical analysis, and finalize sample evaluation and improvement
e. Handle technical communication with clients and suppliers during prototyping
f. Summarize lessons learned during project development, document project experience, implement technical improvements, and produce patents/technical achievements
g. Complete patent applications to protect company intellectual property
Position 2: Optical System Engineer
a. Responsible for system optical design
b. Define optical system specifications based on equipment requirements
c. Design optical imaging lenses
d. Design projection optical lenses
2. Weifang/Qingdao:
a. Design and develop optical instruments including optical component development, system integration, optical path construction, and simulation optimization
b. Research and integrate new optical materials, technologies, and methods into product designs
3. USA:
a. Design and simulate novel XR optical solutions (geometric/diffractive optics), build and test prototypes
b. Define XR system optical parameters and product specifications
c. Research emerging technologies including 3D display, liquid crystal optical elements, and varifocal displays
d. Track XR industry trends and analyze optical solutions
e. Establish optical IP portfolio and technical barriers
f. Conduct technical exchanges with universities, suppliers, and internal/external clients
4. Qingdao/Shanghai: 

a. Design and simulate novel XR optical solutions (geometric/diffractive optics), build and test prototypes
b. Define XR system optical parameters and product specifications
c. Research emerging technologies including 3D display, liquid crystal optical elements, and varifocal displays
d. Track XR industry trends and analyze optical solutions
e. Establish optical IP portfolio and technical barriers
f. Conduct technical exchanges with universities, suppliers, and internal/external clients
Requirements:
1. Weifang: 

Position 1:
a. Master's degree in Optics, Physics or related fields
b. Proficient in CAD, Zemax, LightTools etc.
c. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
d. Excellent documentation and communication skills with independent project experience
Position 2:
a. Optical design major
b. Experience in opto-mechanical system design and analysis
c. Optical lens/system design experience
d. Proficient in CodeV, Zemax
2. Weifang/Qingdao:
a. Understand white light interference/confocal principles for micro-nano structure detection
b. Familiar with imaging colorimeter system principles
