Tennis Coach and Assistant Coach

Location: Multiple Bay Area Locations (East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula)
Salary: $18–$28/hour
Type: Part-time
Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends | 2–5 hours/week
Are you passionate about tennis and enjoy working with kids? We're looking for energetic Tennis Coaches to lead fun and engaging tennis classes for students aged 3–10 across the Bay Area.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach or support tennis classes for after-school programs (8–16 students) and group clinics (up to 8 students)
- Teach using provided lesson plans and help create a positive and engaging environment for students aged 5–10
- Set up and transport tennis equipment
- Take attendance, sign students in/out, and communicate with parents and staff
- Capture session highlights with photos
- Attend unpaid training/shadowing sessions to learn our program structure
Requirements:
- 19+ years old with reliable Bay Area transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tennis experience (teaching or playing) preferred
- Enjoy working with kids and able to manage a classroom professionally
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to complete a background check
