Hey! We're AppRabbit — a fast-growing tech startup that builds custom fitness apps for some of the biggest influencers, coaches, and gyms in the industry.
If you’re studying exercise science, kinesiology, fitness business, sports marketing, or anything related to fitness and tech — this internship will put you in direct contact with real fitness entrepreneurs and rising social media stars.
We’re offering a paid internship where you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, improving the customer experience, and learning how tech powers modern fitness brands.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer chats, emails, and Slack messages
Jump on 1:1 video calls with fitness coaches to troubleshoot issues
Document common questions and help build our FAQ system
Escalate app issues to the dev team with clarity
Help clients navigate our systems and launch faster
Follow up with clients to ensure their success
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
Are a native English speaker with strong writing and verbal skills
Have a bubbly, upbeat personality — someone who can make a client’s day
Learn quickly and can figure things out without needing micromanagement
Want to work with real fitness brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs
Are reliable and communicative during U.S. business hours (EST/PST preferred)
Nice-to-Have Tools (but not required):
Slack, Trello, Intercom, GHL, or experience with CRM tools
Experience using or working with fitness apps or coaching platforms
