JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to manage and run an efficient service department.
• Must be able to run QuickBooks: Scheduling and billing.
• Must have an understanding of computer operating systems.
• Must understand the concept of proper taxes to be charged for jobs.
• Must have strong communication skills for both employees and customers.
• Must run a safe team and is responsible for making sure all service vehicles are properly maintained.
• Must have ability to estimate for service projects and present proper documentation to insurance companies.
• Must be willing to do overtime work.
• In-house training will be given to successful applicants.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports directly to General Manager.
• Responsible for all final billing and its accuracy.
• Responsible that all paperwork to be completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for leading the in-shop spa refurbishment in a profitable manner.
• Must understand basic water chemistry, electrical, and plumbing.
• May need to assist service technicians in the field; up to 25% of work hours could be in the field to keep customer schedules on time.
• Must continue to grow our business.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

• $50,000- $75,000 per year (depending on experience)- salary position

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
