Supply Chain Logistics Analyst

About the Role

Fresh Freight is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to join our high-performing Operations team. You’ll work alongside the Director of Supply Chain Solutions to design, refine, and manage data tools that track logistics performance, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems, turning data into clear insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to make meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret logistics data using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other modeling tools.
• Build and maintain performance tracking systems to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and scorecards to inform decision-making.
• Support bids and RFPs by compiling lane data, freight cost analysis, and operational metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation analytics (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel; strong database management and modeling skills.
• Knowledge of logistics performance metrics and supply chain optimization principles.
• Supply chain certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CSCP) a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
