At Excel Pediatric Therapy, we’re not just providing therapy — we’re shaping the future of it. Our mission is to be the most trusted partner for families seeking pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy, and to advance the entire field through innovation, collaboration, and outcomes-driven care. When you join Excel, you join a team that brings a perspective, puts families first, and owns the outcome — every time.
We believe children thrive when experts work together. That’s why we’ve built a culture of true interdisciplinary care, where therapists learn from each other, share insights, and collaborate daily to achieve the best outcomes for every child. We tailor every session to the child in front of us — no cookie-cutter plans, no rushed care. Just personalized therapy, clear progress, and a deeply human approach.
Our team is growing rapidly, with a bold vision to open 500+ clinics and serve millions of kids across the country. But we’re not growing just to be big — we’re growing to be great. If you're looking to do your best work alongside passionate teammates, supported by strong systems, a thriving culture, and a shared purpose — we’d love to meet you.
As we grow, we’re building a national team of Therapy Leads who set the standard for clinical excellence across all our clinics — and that’s a game-changer for every assistant on our team. Our Therapy Lead model ensures that every COTA, PTA, and SLPA is supported by a dedicated, experienced therapist whose entire focus is on mentorship, supervision, and helping you thrive. That means clear guidance, thoughtful feedback, and a clinical partner who has the time and capacity to invest in your growth. At Excel, you’ll never feel like you’re on an island — you’ll be part of a tight-knit care team that’s constantly learning, improving, and working together to deliver the very best for kids.
