About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities for Fusion DigiWeb. You’ll work directly with our leadership team, leveraging full marketing and sales resources to connect with small-to-medium businesses and promote our professional digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients in target markets.
  • Present Fusion DigiWeb’s services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Track leads and opportunities in our CRM system.

Compensation & Bonus

  • Full-Time: $30,000/year + 10% bonus on sales above $400K annual target.
  • Part-Time: $15,000/year + 10% bonus on sales above $200K annual target.
  • 30-Day Performance Trial: Salary begins after trial, with early activation possible for top performers (closing 1–2 projects during trial).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Sales or business development experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
