Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host sets the tone for the entire dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast paced environment. The host team works closely with management, servers, and the bar team to ensure smooth seating flow, accurate wait times, and an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner while managing the flow of service in a walk-in-only environment.
• Clearly communicate and consistently implement our no-resrevations policy, while offering a call-ahead list as a courtesy option to help manage guest expectations and wait times.
• Manage walk-in guests using our seating system (Toast Tables).
• Accurately quote wait times and manage seating rotations to balance server sections.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure tmely seating and guest satisfaction.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
