The Worship Associate supports the Worship Pastor in cultivating Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship that engages the congregation in glorifying God. This role assists in planning, preparing, and leading corporate worship services and events while developing volunteers and ensuring administrative and technical aspects of the worship ministry are handled with excellence.
