Facilities Operations Staff
3STEP Sports is offering a part-time opportunity to join a leading youth sports organization. As the largest youth sports event and club operator in the U.S., 3STEP Sports reaches over 3.2 million athletes across 40+ states.
We’re hiring Facilities Operations Staff at the Mansfield Fieldhouse. This role requires a commitment of at least 18-20 hours per week, including weekends, with the option to work up to 30 hours. Schedules are flexible! Typical shifts include:
- Monday – Friday: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Weekend shifts: 6:00 am – 2pm; 2pm-10pm
- Flexibility in scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility, setting up/taking down sports equipment, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Answer questions from athletes, families, and internal 3STEP brands.
- Safety: Ensure a safe environment and that all required paperwork/waivers are completed.
Expectations:
- Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact.
- Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
