Tri Tech Restoration & Construction is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive the success of our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications, problem solving and time-management skills, capable of balancing administrative duties with strategic business support. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to executive leadership. 
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations. 
  • Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up on key initiatives.
