Executive Assistant
- Fully manage the executive's schedule, including domestic and international meetings, business trips, and key events, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Proactively anticipate and coordinate potential scheduling conflicts, prioritize engagements, and handle sudden changes flexibly and efficiently.
- Provide thorough pre-event preparation for the executive's meetings and activities (e.g., agendas, background materials, attendee profiles) and conduct post-event follow-up (e.g., meeting minutes, action item tracking).
- Plan, organize, and coordinate key meetings chaired or attended by the executive (e.g., Board meetings, executive committee meetings, strategy workshops), ensuring objectives are met.
- Prepare, distribute, collect, and archive meeting materials; accurately record meeting minutes and action items, and drive their implementation.
- Assist in organizing or coordinating internal and external key events and business entertainment attended by the executive.
- Manage the executive's travel arrangements, including visas, flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Linguistics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of direct support experience as a Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives or equivalent senior leadership.
- Experience supporting executives in large corporations or complex organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of thriving in complex, international, and fast-paced business environments.
