The Client Support Associate's Mission
As our team of creative client service professionals develops and implements digital marketing campaigns for premium brands, the Client Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and consistent execution.
In this role, you will collaborate with our Account Lead, Creative Leads, and Senior Management to provide day-to-day support on client initiatives across brand development, performance marketing, paid media, social media, and broader marketing strategy. Your mission is to help premium consumer brands achieve measurable growth by ensuring projects move forward seamlessly, communications are clear, and deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure to all facets of digital marketing in a premium/luxury environment and the opportunity to grow into operations, accounts, or creative disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to ensure premium brand clients receive attentive and proactive service across digital campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Account Lead, Creative Leads, and Senior Management on client needs, campaign execution, and reporting.
Assist with planning and supporting initiatives across paid media, social media, brand development, and performance marketing programs.
Regularly use AI-based tools for communication, analysis, reporting, and creative support.
Contribute to client communications, presentation materials, and performance updates.
Help organize and maintain campaign deliverables, timelines, and documentation to ensure quality and efficiency.
Provide insights and ideas to enhance client strategy, brand positioning, and digital presence.
Support cross-functional collaboration, ensuring internal workflows and client-facing initiatives stay aligned.
Most Desired Experience and Competencies
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Familiarity with campaign execution across channels such as paid search, paid social, and organic content.
Regular experience using AI tools for communication, research, or reporting.
A strong interest in working with premium consumer and luxury brands.
Track record of thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in common digital marketing and analytics platforms is a plus (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMRush, Surfer SEO, Monday, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Lives in, or can regularly travel to, West Palm Beach, FL area.
