Main Responsibilities:
- Managing our end-to-end recruiting process
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with department leaders
- Working with local colleges to find top talent in their financial planning programs
- Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
- Assisting with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Providing a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
