Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings.. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life. A strong background in pediatrics and geriatrics is preferred, along with proficiency in medical terminology and trigger point therapy.

 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery processes.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with clinic standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.


Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Familiarity with pediatric and geriatric patient care is a plus.
  • Ability to perform trigger point therapy techniques effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
