Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and helping them find the perfect items to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products. 

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and luxury brands to provide informed advice to customers. 

Merchandising: Assist in the display and arrangement of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales. 

Inventory Management: Help with receiving, tagging, and organizing consignment items. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies. 

Checkout Process: Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. 

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 

Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively

Qualifications: 

Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury fashion or consignment, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Keen eye for fashion and trends. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
