Physical Therapy Aide

Wellbridge Physical Therapy is a busy and growing outpatient orthopedic practice that provides patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Physical Therapy Aide to assist therapists and support clinic operations. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and excited about working in a healthcare environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: early afternoon to after-school hours
- Friday: Full day
Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with patient treatments and prescribed exercises
- Greet patients and perform intake
- Schedule follow-up appointments and answer phones
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Facilitate patient care and provide friendly, professional support
- Assist with insurance authorizations and other administrative tasks
- Support both clinical and front office needs as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or currently enrolled in high school with after-school availability)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Previous medical office or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, or exercise science is strongly preferred
