Mortgage Loan Officer / Loan Originator – Hiring Immediately (Troy, MI)

Lending Force is hiring experienced Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers (Loan Originators) in Michigan. What You’ll Do:

  • Generate, build, and manage a pipeline of mortgage clients
  • Take applications, analyze financial data, and structure loan options
  • Guide borrowers from initial application through closing
  • Work with processing and underwriting to ensure fast, smooth closings
  • Stay current with lending guidelines, products, and Michigan mortgage regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS License (required)
  • 1+ years of Loan Officer or Loan Originator experience (mortgage sales, broker, or retail)
  • Familiar with FNMA, FHA, VA, or Non-QM loans (preferred)
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by results
