Academy Coach

At Oasis Futsal Academy we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and passionate individuals who want to give back to the community through coaching futsal. The Academy Coach position at Oasis Futsal Academy involves conducting training sessions for youth soccer players in a supportive and engaging environment. This part-time role focuses on individual player development and requires the coach to create session plans, organize skill-building activities, and provide constructive feedback to players. The coach will also assist in player evaluation and selection while ensuring a safe and positive training atmosphere. 

Requirements: 

• Experience in coaching and training youth soccer players.
• Experience playing soccer (optional)
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with children and create a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work in the afternoons from 4-7pm.
