Position Overview
The Libunao Agency - State Farm is seeking a Service Internship for the Spring 2026 semester (January-May). This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service within a professional insurance agency. You will support the service team by completing customer service tasks such as scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their interactions with our agency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for agents and clients.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Complete assigned customer service-related tasks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain organized records and update client information as needed.
- Support the service team in day-to-day client communications and follow-up.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements/Essential Skills
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Internship Details
- Commitment: 12-20 hours per week.
- Duration: January to May 2026 (second semester).
