Role Description 
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Applications Engineer. The position will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and satisfying other needs for our customers. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

Qualifications 
• Troubleshooting skills 
• Strong Customer Service skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and remotely 
• Experience with TRUMPF or similar Equipment
