Construction Laborer

Description:
Seeking motivated construction laborers to work on residential and commercial projects in Kalispell and surrounding areas (Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, etc.). Duties include site prep, framing support, demolition, cleanup, and assisting carpenters with installs and finish work. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, use basic tools, and work in all weather.

Responsibilities:
• Follow directions from lead carpenter or foreman
• Load/unload and move materials and equipment
• Dig, grade, and prepare job sites
• Assist with framing, sheathing, siding, trim, flooring
• Perform demolition and cleanup
• Maintain safe and organized work areas

Requirements:
• Trainable and willing to learn
• Basic carpentry skills a plus
• Ability to read simple measurements and use hand/power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Schedule & Pay:
• Full-time, typically 40 hrs/week;
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
