ABA Behavior Technician

A private family is seeking a compassionate, energetic 1:1 direct support provider for two young adults with autism. Training and supervision provided by a BCBA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 support at home and in the community
  • Assist with daily routines, chores, and leisure skills
  • Support communication, social, and job skill development
  • Transport clients to community activities (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver’s license & clear driving record
  • 1-year minimum commitment
  • Available Saturdays (day shift)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time hours
  • Shifts needed: Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. AND at least one weekday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Additional shift times available Sunday through Thursday
  • $35/hour
