Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and dedicated Part-Time Server to join our team at Leonard’s Palazzo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during events. You will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Set up, serve, and break down event spaces
- Ensure guests' needs are met, including food and beverage refills, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas throughout the event
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays as needed
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and select holidays
