Steel & Rye, located in Lower Mills, Milton is actively hiring an experienced bread and pastry baker. We are seeking a candidate with 2 years culinary education and/or professional experience in bread and pastry as we enter the holiday season. This position is full-time: 40 hours / four 10-hour shifts. Schedule will be dependent on the candidate's skill set and completion of training - either 2am-12pm, or 8am-6pm. Must be self-motivated and adept at working both independently and in tandem with the bakery team. Creativity, consistency, and willingness to grow with the company are all assets.

Standard professional kitchen requirements:

working in a clean and organized manner
must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs.
basic knowledge of how to use, clean, and maintain bakery tools and equipment
