Product Manager, Operations & Growth

The WISER BetaSpace is a curated platform where quantum, AI and advanced technology companies and research teams can showcase their new and emerging tools, software, and hardware solutions to a global network of researchers, students, and institutions.

In its initial release, BetaSpace provides exclusive early access to innovative products, ranging from simulators and development kits to sensing and communication tools, allowing users to explore, test, and provide direct feedback that helps refine the next generation of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning and Execution:
   1. Coordinate all deliverables and deadlines across WISER and partners, ensuring timely completion of program milestones
   2. Oversee listing and promotion of partner tools on BetaSpace
   3. Manage enrolment participant onboarding
   4. Manage training and certification: supervising development of training modules, distributing certificates
   5. Facilitate submission and review of research project proposals
   6. Coordinate weekly rolling reviews, ensuring expedient and efficient evaluation
   7. Participant access and communication: ensure participants continue through the product testing process
   8. Feedback and Reporting: Oversee feedback collection, and compile end of program report summarising outcomes and impact
   9. Recognition and Promotion: Run incentive activities, spotlight winners, provide awards and coordinate logistics on conference attendance and support creation of joint case studies on the program results as well as partnership impact
2. Recruiting partners
   1. Identify, engage and recruit new partners, conduct outreach, build sales pipeline
   2. Develop outreach materials, partnership proposals
   3. Promote BetaSpace success stories and attract future partners
