Behavior Technician
Early Years ABA Therapy is a small, community-based organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental delays. We’re looking for compassionate, dependable students interested in child development, psychology, education, or health sciences to join our team.
As an RBT/Behavioral Support Assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, daycare, and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
Interest in working with children and supporting their development.
Reliable transportation within Montgomery County.
Must pass a background check and complete paid RBT training (provided).
