Candidate Profile

Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to exceed clients' expectations for results and service
- Commit to immersing yourself in your client's business, their market segment, customers and competition
- Research, pitch and secure opportunities for speaking, awards, industry rankings and other earned opportunities
- Collaborate with client leads on management of accounts
- Learn and apply agency best practices for strategic planning, account management and client services
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; preferably communications or journalism
- Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills; bonus points for experience as a student journalist
- Evidence of social media skills on behalf of school, work or extracurricular activity
- Evidence of excellent organizational skills
- Evidence of a service business orientation and mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
- Experience in media monitoring and measurement tools (ie: HootSuite, Meltwater, Cision, BuzzSumo, Sprout, etc.)
- Experience as a leader who successfully juggled multiple roles and responsibilities; ability to make in-the-moment decisions
- Evidence of grit and overcoming difficult situations
- Enjoy activities and hobbies outside of school and work
