Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
Golden State Auto Brokers LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily dealership office functions. This role includes administrative support, bookkeeping assistance, DMV paperwork processing, customer communication, and financing documentation. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and office support

Process and file DMV paperwork accurately and efficiently

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and record keeping

Assist with processing customer financing documents

Answer phone calls, communicate with customers, and schedule appointments

Maintain organized physical and digital records

Communicate with lenders, vendors, and internal team members as needed

Support daily dealership office operations

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional communication and customer service skills

Basic bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred

Familiarity with DMV paperwork or dealership processes is a plus

Proficient with computers and standard office software

Ability to handle confidential information

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time position only

Flexible schedule

Hourly pay $18-$21

Training will be provided
